How to Withdraw Crypto from HashKey Exchange

Step 1: Log in to the HashKey Exchange

  • Once logged in to the HashKey Exchange account, navigate to the "Assets" page on the top right and select "Custody Account" -> "Withdraw".

Step 2: Add your personal wallet to the withdrawal whitelist (if it has already been added, move to Step 3)

  • Once on the withdrawal page, select "Whitelist Management" to access the "Whitelist Management" section.
  • Click on "Add Whitelist Address" and then choose "Add Withdrawal Whitelist" to navigate to the page for adding a withdrawal whitelist.

Then,

  • Select "Personal Wallet," choose the corresponding asset, network, and address, then click "Next".

Reminder: Ensure you select the correct network for Virtual Asset Transfer (both deposit and withdrawal). For example, use the ERC20 network for ETH transfers and the Bitcoin network for BTC transfers.Please note that HashKey Exchange only supports the ERC20 network for ETH transfers and the Bitcoin network for BTC transfers.

Enter your signature and click "Next";

  • For ETH and ERC20 assets, customers using a MetaMask wallet can opt to connect directly to MetaMask for a streamlined and fast signing process.
  • Input the email verification code and SMS verification code, then click "Confirm" to complete the submission.
  • Once the submission is completed, the system will automatically verify it. Upon successful verification, a confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the submission has been successfully added.

Step 3: Withdraw to Personal Wallet

  • Navigate to the withdrawal page, select the assets, network, and address, enter the amount, and click "Submit".
  • Review and reconfirm that the withdrawal details are correct and click "Confirm".
  • Enter the email verification code and SMS verification code, then click "Confirm" to submit the withdrawal request.

By following these steps, you can withdraw your cryptocurrency from HashKey Exchange.
