  2. Supported Currencies: HashKey Exchange currently supports withdrawals in HKD and USD only.
  3. Processing Times: Withdrawal requests can be made 24/7; however, the actual time for funds to arrive depends on the processing times of both our bank and the receiving bank:   a. HKD withdrawals to banks in Hong Kong for amounts under 1 million HKD may be processed within 24 hours.   b. HKD withdrawals to Hong Kong banks, for amounts of 1 million HKD or more, are typically processed during Hong Kong bank business hours.   c. USD withdrawals to Hong Kong banks, regardless of the amount, usually take 1 to 3 hours during Hong Kong bank business hours.

d. USD withdrawals to overseas banks (outside Hong Kong) typically take 1 to 2 business days to process.

Note: Hong Kong bank business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (HK Time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Client Reminders:

We encourage clients to confirm the following with their banks:

  1. The bank account is a general-purpose account.
  2. The account allows unrestricted inbound and outbound transfers.
  3. There are no special limitations or restrictions on the account.

Please be aware that while some Hong Kong banks permit direct transfers from savings accounts (e.g., fixed deposit accounts) to other accounts, those savings accounts may not support incoming transfers from external accounts. Clients are advised to check for any such restrictions to avoid failed withdrawal attempts. In the event that your account is subject to such a restriction, you will need to whitelist a new bank account that supports incoming transfers to successfully complete your withdrawal. By choosing a regulated and secure crypto platform like HashKey Exchange, users can enjoy peace of mind knowing that their funds are protected throughout the transaction process.
