HashKey Exchange is a compliance exchange regulated by the Securities Supervision Commission of Hong Kong and holds Class 1 and Class 7 licenses and a licence to operate a virtual asset trading platform under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (‘AMLO’).

Transfer Guidelines:

• Please ensure that the bank account name used for the transfer is exactly the same as the HashKey Exchange account name.
• It is prohibited to use other people's bank accounts, joint accounts, or third-party payment institutions for transfers. Otherwise, the refund fees incurred will be borne by oneself.

Deposit Precautions:

• Before transferring money, please carefully check the recharge information to avoid handling fees due to incorrect information filling.
• It takes time for the banks to process remittance applications. The bank's prompt "remittance has been made" does not mean that HashKey Exchange has confirmed receipt.
• Once the funds arrive at HashKey Exchange, we will process your remittance immediately.
• Please note that banks may not process remittance transactions in non-business hours. Please arrange the remittance time reasonably.

Deposit method restrictions:

• HashKey Exchange does not accept direct cash deposits or electronic wallet deposits.
• In order to ensure the safety of your funds and compliance requirements, we may refuse to deposit through some special channels, and the handling fees generated when refusing to deposit may be borne by you.

Deposit Times and Fees:

• HashKey Exchange provides 7 * 24 hour recharge service, and the arrival time is subject to bank processing.
• Currently, we only support depositing HKD and USD, and do not charge customers any fiat recharge fees.

Please abide by the above regulations to ensure the smooth progress of your transactions.
